What happens after I book a call?
We’ll review what you send before the call. Then we’ll talk through what you’re building, fixing, redesigning, or launching. If we’re a fit, we’ll recommend the best next step.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused research study moves faster than a full product redesign. After the discovery call, we share a clear plan and timeline so you know what to expect before you commit.
Can we hire you for just one service?
Yes. User research, interface design, interaction design and motion design can each be a standalone engagement, or combined into one end-to-end project. Tell us where you are and we will recommend what fits.
Do you design only, or can you also build?
We focus exclusively on UI/UX design and engineering-ready handoffs. We do not write production code, develop backends, or build apps. Instead, we deliver high-fidelity interactive prototypes, tokenized design systems, and comprehensive edge-case documentation that engineering teams can immediately build from. If you already have a development team, we provide a structured handoff and stay integrated during the engineering phase to ensure flawless implementation.
Will your designs meet HIPAA, GDPR and accessibility requirements?
We design with these requirements in mind, including WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 for accessibility and privacy-aware flows for consent and data handling. Compliance covers your whole product, though, including infrastructure and policies, so final sign-off stays with your legal and compliance team. We work alongside them.
